The Miss Guyana Culture Queen Pageant is excited to announce that applications for its 2025 competition are now open, inviting outstanding young women to join in on Guyana’s impressive streak of success at the esteemed Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant. Spearheaded by franchise holder Randy Madray, Guyana has emerged as a formidable contender in this regional event, achieving historic victories in both 2023 and 2024.

In 2023, Shemina Peroune became the first Guyanese to win the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen title, followed by Shequana Holder’s remarkable triumph in 2024, solidifying Guyana’s prestigious status in the Caribbean pageant scene.

Now, the search is on for dedicated young women who aspire to represent Guyana and aim for an extraordinary third consecutive win at the international competition in St. Kitts later this year. The chosen contestants will participate in the local pageant, where one remarkable queen will be selected to uphold the legacy of excellence set by her predecessors.

“We are on the lookout for confident, culturally aware, and passionate young women who grasp the importance of this platform and are ready to put in the effort required to sustain Guyana’s winning streak,†expressed Randy Madray. Since taking over the franchise in 2019, his leadership has led to impressive achievements, including a first runner-up placement in his first year.

The application deadline is February 14th, 2025. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to submit their applications promptly to seize this transformative opportunity.
