    CCJ President in Guyana for swearing in of Justice Bulkan

    PRESIDENT of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), Winston Anderson, has travelled to Guyana for today’s swearing-in ceremony of Justice Arif Bulkan.

    Justice Bulkan, who is a national of Guyana, will be sworn in as a Judge of the CCJ by President, Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali, during a ceremony at the Office of the President.

    During his visit, President Anderson will also pay courtesy calls on President Ali; Justice Roxane George, OR, Chancellor (Ag) of the Judiciary; Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Mohabir Anil Nandlall, SC; Dr Carla N Barnett, OBE, Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the representatives of various political parties.
