The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) has enhanced its training programme for C Licence coaches by providing additional technical support. Recently, a session organized by the Coach Education Department, led by Technical Director Bryan Joseph, focused on reinforcing essential learning points and promoting continuous professional development.

The C Licence programme targets coaches working with Guyana’s Elite League and Youth National Teams. It encompasses various topics such as leadership, team dynamics, tactical strategies, and effective session planning. The training is conducted in three phases, combining both theoretical knowledge and practical application, under the guidance of Joseph and Coach Development Officer Lyndon France.

Currently, 27 coaches from Elite League clubs across the nation are engaged in this programme, which aims to comply with CONCACAF’s minimum coaching standards and fulfill club licensing requirements. Through these initiatives, the GFF demonstrates its commitment to enhancing coach education and elevating the overall quality of football development in Guyana.
