The “One Guyana” Basketball Premier League continued its thrilling run at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall in Georgetown, with the Georgetown Masters, Jets, and Eagles emerging victorious in the latest round of matches.

    Key Match Highlights

    • Georgetown Masters vs. Retrieve Raiders: The Masters dominated the Raiders in a one-sided contest, securing a 28-point victory with a final score of 67-39. B. Oneil and D. McCaulley led the Masters with 12 points each. Despite a spirited effort from the Raiders in the second quarter, the Masters’ strong fourth-quarter performance sealed the win.
    • Jets vs. Black Caimans: The Jets faced stiff competition from the Black Caimans but managed to pull ahead in the second half. They secured a 15-point victory, winning 70-55. The Caimans’ S. Adams scored 19 points, but it was not enough to overcome the Jets’ momentum.
    • Eagles vs. Nets: The Eagles soared to a convincing 17-point victory over the Nets. Zian Gray and Denzil Ross were standout performers for the Eagles, scoring 17 and 15 points, respectively. Dennis Niles put up a valiant effort for the Nets with 22 points, but it was insufficient to change the outcome.
