Agostini Limited Revamps Brand Identity with Fresh Logo Launch

    Published on

In a strategic effort to enhance its regional footprint and optimize operations, Agostini’s Limited announced its official rebranding to Agostini Limited during a shareholder meeting on Wednesday, February 13. This transformation includes a refreshed logo and brand identity, signaling a pivotal new phase for the organization as it progresses in its ventures throughout the Caribbean and beyond.

The rebranding initiative encompasses its subsidiaries across three primary sectors: Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare, and Energy and Industrial. As a prominent regional entity operating in 10 markets across over 30 countries with a workforce of 3,500, Agostini Limited has historically functioned through more than 20 different companies, each with distinct names and logos.

Group CEO Barry Davis highlighted the importance of this rebranding, stating, “This initiative is essential for fortifying our position for future expansion, enhancing our collective identity, and ensuring that employees, customers, and partners recognize our collaborative ventures as integral to a larger, interconnected, and sustainable organization. With our 100-year anniversary approaching, it’s crucial that we present ourselves in a manner that truly reflects our long-standing operation as a robust, unified distribution partner offering a straightforward yet impactful gateway to the broader region.â€

The newly designed Agostini logo features four blue leaf-like shapes, representing the company’s employees, partners, customers, and communities. Together, they embody a spark of innovation and growth—the core impetus behind the company’s mission. The blue color signifies reliability and stability.

Under the rebrand, businesses within the Consumer Products sector, managed through a joint venture with Goddard Enterprises of Barbados, will adopt the name Acado, paired with a warm orange version of the new logo. Companies in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors will include Agostini’s latest pharmaceutical acquisition, Aventa, alongside a vibrant green iteration of the logo.

In the Energy and Industrial sectors, companies will update their branding to reflect the new identity, utilizing the Group’s logo in a cool blue shade. Notably, Agostini Building Solutions will now be rebranded as Agostini Solutions Plus.

Well-established brands that cater directly to consumers, such as SuperPharm (Trinidad), Collins Pharmacy (Barbados), CK’s SuperValu (Grenada), and Chinook, will retain their existing names. The name changes for entities in Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados will take effect on February 17, 2025, while changes in other regions will be enacted pending regulatory approvals. For instance, Peter and Company in St. Lucia transitioned to Acado St. Lucia on Friday, February 7, 2025.

This rebranding represents a significant turning point for the Agostini Group, underscoring its regional presence and the importance of robust partnerships. As the company moves forward with innovation and the development of sustainable businesses, it aims to establish a benchmark for success and enhance lives throughout the Caribbean.
