The Civil Defence Commission (CDC) has successfully concluded its emergency relief operations across several communities in Regions Three, Four, and Five following a severe windstorm earlier this month. The storm, which struck on June 2, left a trail of destruction in its wake, damaging homes, public buildings, and essential community facilities.

Communities including Kaneville, Uitvlugt, Belle West (Canal No. 2), Farm, Mahaicony, Hope, Melanie, Cane Grove, and Bare Root were among the hardest hit.
