In the opening game, the Pacesetters faced off against the Mambas in a contest that kept fans on the edge of their seats. The Mambas started strong, edging ahead by three points in the first quarter and extending their lead to four by halftime. However, the Pacesetters mounted a fierce comeback in the third quarter, outscoring the Mambas by 17 points to take a commanding 13-point lead into the final period. The Mambas responded with a defensive surge, clawing back to tie the game at 58-58 by the end of regulation. In a tense overtime, both teams traded baskets, but it was the Pacesetters who ultimately prevailed, clinching a dramatic 72-71 victory.

The second matchup saw the Kwakwani Untouchables, led by standout performances from Kadeeym Dover (19 points) and Shaquan Phillips (11 points), dominate the Masks. The Untouchables exploded out of the gate, building a 16-point advantage in the first quarter. Although the Masks managed to cut the deficit to nine by halftime, the Untouchables maintained their composure and control, closing out the game with a convincing 75-63 win.

In the final game of the day, the Flames squared off against the Kobras in another closely contested battle. The Flames set the pace early, but the Kobras fought back to narrow the gap to just one point at halftime.
