    Three Arrested Following Disturbances at Meten-Meer-Zorg/De Willem

    Police have arrested three individuals in connection with disturbances reported in the Meten-Meer-Zorg and De Willem area. The arrests followed a social media post alerting residents to the presence of suspected thieves in the community.

    During the operation, officers recovered several items from the suspects, including a mask, a knife, and a quantity of suspected cannabis. All three individuals are currently in custody at the Leonora Police Station as investigations continue.

    Authorities have not yet released the names of the suspects but confirmed that the arrests were part of ongoing efforts to maintain public safety in the area. The police have reiterated their commitment to responding swiftly to reports of criminal activity and urged residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.
