Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Wednesday October 22, 2025, at Bachelor’s Adventure, East Coast Demerara, which resulted in the death of 23-year-old Jusus Bagot, a Venezuelan national and maintenance worker.

Preliminary information indicates that Bagot was at his residence, cleaning his yard when he reportedly came into contact with an electrical source. He was later pronounced dead at the scene by a doctor.

The body was escorted to the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, awaiting post-mortem examination.

Investigations are ongoing.
